Welcome to Crest Birubi Beach. Located on beautiful Birubi Beach with panoramic views of the ocean and dunes, Crest is the perfect location for your special event.

Crest Birubi Beach Functions

We cater for a variety of casual events, from engagement parties to evening work functions. It is possible to reserve a section of the café for a smaller group or the whole venue can be booked exclusively for late afternoon or evening events.

Our head chef has created a stunning cocktail style menu for your event. With a wide variety of hot, cold and substantial canapes, and grazing table offerings to suit all tastebuds, the team at Crest will ensure that you go home satisfied and full.

We have a fully licensed bar where you can run a bar tab or guests can pay upon consumption. We offer a range of hand picked wines, local beer on tap, bottled beer and can even create a cocktail or two for your event

Catering Packages

Grazing Table Package

$30 per head

A beautiful table for guests to help themselves to from our selection of cured meats, prawns, smoked salmon, assorted cheeses, bread, crackers, fresh fruit, homemade dips & chutneys

Please note the grazing table will be set up for arrival and will not be refreshed throughout the night. If you would like an event that continues for an extended period of time we would suggest you opt for canapes included as well (please see below)

Gold Canape Package

$45 per head

Grazing table with a selection of cured meats, prawns, smoked salmon, assorted cheeses, bread, crackers, fresh fruit, homemade dips & chutneys
Includes six standard canapes (choose three hot, three cold options)
Two substantial items - alternate serve
Canapes will be served over a 2-2.5 hr period

Silver Canape Package

$35 per head

Grazing table with a selection of cured meats, assorted cheeses, bread, crackers, fresh fruit, homemade dips & chutneys
Includes four standard canapes (choose two hot, two cold options)
Two substantial items - alternate serve
Canapes will be served over approximately a 1.5-2 hr period

Cold Standard Canapes:

Spoon of market fish ceviche, cucumber, coriander (gf)
Avocado & feta tartlet (v)
Smoked salmon blini, cream cheese
Camembert & cranberry crostini (v, gf*)
Prosciutto skewer, cherry tomato, bocconcini (v*, gf)

Fried buttermilk chicken sliders, ranch sauce
Goats cheese tartlet, caramelised onion (v)
